This February The 2018 CrossFit Open will begin, The Open is the first qualifying stage for The CrossFit Games, 5 workouts over 5 weeks, workouts are released on late on Thursday evening and normally with a live event consisting of elite and amateur athletes.
Although its the first stage of qualifying its also a time of year the whole Crossfit community comes together with over 250,000 athletes entering last year and more expected to in 2018, whether you are one of the elite or waiting for your first double under the Open is an event everyone should be a part of.
