Membership T&C’s

£105 per month - bills one cycle at a time with no commitment.

This membership will be billed monthly and will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless others noted, this membership is non transferable. 

Membership Amendments

Membership payments will be charged automatically each month on the 1st (first) of the month. Unless otherwise stated.

The initial payment will be prorated for a partial month, as necessary, calculated as (number of days remaining in the month)/(monthly fee).

If you wish to change your billing date you can do so by logging into your account and amend the monthly billing date, otherwise, contact admin@crossfitnorthumbria.com and we can assist you with this.

 Hold Policy

All members have the option to put their membership on hold for one time, per 12 month period, for up to three consecutive months.  

The hold notice period for this membership is 14 days. You must confirm your hold with the administration staff who will begin the 14 day notice period from the date the confirmation email is received.

We cannot process pro-rated payments when a payment for the next billing cycle has been processed or received.

Upon expiration of the term of the hold, the member’s account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.  

Should member choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released, payments will resume and they will NOT be entitled to submit another hold during the same twelve month period, regardless of what amount of time is remaining on their hold request.  

Should member elect to cancel during the hold period, they must submit a cancellation request.  

The 14-day cancellation will begin upon submission of the cancellation confirmation. 

Please note a hold is only offered as a courtesy for situations such as illness, injury, or working/traveling outside the north east area and that a brief description of the nature of the hold will need to be provided.

The submission of a Hold request effectively halts the member’s contract period and the contract term will resume upon the release of the member’s hold period.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation notice period for your membership is 14 days.

You must confirm this cancellation with the administration staff who will begin the 14 day notice period from the date the confirmation email is received. We cannot process a partial refunds or pro-rated refunds when a payment for the next billing cycle has been received, this is due to administration charges levied by our direct debit provider.

Your account will be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.  

We will cancel your draft automatically.  A copy of this cancellation will be emailed to you for your records. 

If you wish to cancel your membership you must send your request to admin@crossfitnorthumbria.com and also confirm your cancellation after your request.
