Our programme delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising.
Our classes are only 60 minutes long but they are designed to increase strength and fitness fast.
CrossFit Northumbria is a big family that train, motivate, socialise and throwdown together.
All our coaches are professionally trained and our classes are capped at 16 people.

OUR JOINING PROCESS
There are three simple steps you need to follow to begin your journey with us at CrossFit Northumbria.
'NO SWEAT INTRO'
Getting started is easy.
We begin with an informal chat with one of our coaching staff to better understand you and your training goals.
The sessions last around 30 minutes and gives an insight into,
- The CrossFit training methodology
- Our gym and facilities
- An optional 'InBody' scan
- More information on our Fundamentals Beginners Course
Before you attend our classes, we like to spend some time with you and take you through a course to make sure everything you do with us is done so correctly and safely,
The course content depends on your previous experience level but is usually 5 x one-to-one sessions with a member of our training staff.
This gives the best possible foundation to progress safely and consistently in future CrossFit training.
(Many current members continue with a monthly 'one-to-one session' after completing the fundamentals course)
We pride ourselves on offering a fantastic environment to train, with limited class numbers and experienced coaches you can guarantee you will get the maximum bang for your buck out of the 60 minute sessions.
You will meet our members and realise what a great bunch they are, supportive, (some) funny and always willing to lend a hand. You will no doubt make new friends forged in fitness!
