April 28 Day Challenge is underway...

REGISTERATION FOR APRIL 28 DAY CHALLENGE IS NOW CLOSED

 

We had great success with the challenge we ran in January. We saw members lose up to 7% body fat over 28 days. There was a cummulative total loss of, 

- 334cm

 - 249.2kg body fat

WHO IS IT FOR?

The nutrition plan is aimed at anyone looking to retain muscle mass while dropping body fat. This can be members of CrossFit Northumbria looking to improve performance, have more energy or simply just feel better day to day. 

This nutrition plan is also suitable for non-members. If you feel getting a partner or a spouse to take the challenge with you to help increase the chances of success, please get them involved. The plan will be cutomised to suit all circumstances and activity levels. 

This is not a quick fix or fad diet, while there will be instant results this plan is designed to be maintainable and tailored to YOU and YOUR bodies needs. We aim to educate and give you as much information as possible so you can make this a lifestyle change for yourself and family.   


WHAT DO YOU GET?

The plan starts with a 20 minute one to one consultation, this will help explain to you how the nutrition plan will work and let us collect the all important metrics we need to produce your bespoke plan.

InBody

We will use our state of the art machine to give you us a comprehensive view of your body composition before and after.

MEASUREMENTS

We will take measurements of your body before and after.

PHOTOS

These will be taken before and after, this is to asses visual change.

BOOKLET

Containing all of the information you need to know about your plan as well as the basics of nutrition.

CUSTOMISED MEAL PLAN

This will give you four weeks of meals and recipes.

ONGOING SUPPORT

You will be given access to an exclusive Facebook group and email content.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?

We will be starting consultations again on Monday 26th March through to Thursday 29th March at various times. 

After your consultation, you will receive the following via email:

- Your shopping list on Friday 30th March

- Your meal plan on Sunday 1st April

This will ensure you have plenty of time to get your shopping and preparation done and are ready to start Monday 2nd April alongside all other participants. 

We will be running second consultations on Saturday 28th April. These appointments will be set up as soon as the initial consultations are donewe recommend you book in as soon as you can for these. We will retest everything we did in the first consultation. 

 


IS THERE A PRIZE?

There will be cash prizes for,

  • Male and female winners
  • Male and female 2nd place 
  • Male and female 3rd place 

This will be based on the most amount of body fat lost as a percentage, with the data taken from our InBody composition scanner. 


WHAT DOES IT COST?

The cost of the plan is a one off payment of £99.00

The payment will be taken through the scheduling software upon booking your consulation time.
